Human Resource Management
Programme in Career Guidance and Development (PCGD) For Those who sat for G.C.E (A/L) Examination and awaiting results OR G.C.E (O/L) Examination six subjects in one sitting with 3 credit passes including simple pass in English for Sinhala Medium OR G.C.E (O/L) Examination six subjects in one sitting with 3 credit passes including a credit pass in English for English Medium.
Foundation Course in Human Resource Management (FCHRM) To provide the participants with a basic conceptual knowledge and practical uderstanding of Human Resource Management, and thereby encourage the pursuit of further study and a career in Human Resource Management.
Professional Qualification in Human Resource Management (PQHRM) This study programme consists of three stages which provides an in-depth understanding of Key Result Areas in Human Resource Management. It focuses on critical aspects of the discipline of Human Resource Management and provides guidance to students and practitioners to enhance their knowledge, competence, skills and apply it in the corporate world.
Diploma in Industrial Relations & Industrial Law (DIIRIL) To educate employers, personnel involved in HR & other managerial Fuctions, trade union officials & members and all other interested participants on matters that have a bearing on Management's business decisions and matters relating to effctive management and leadership of their human resources.
Diploma in Occupational safety & Health (DIOSH) To develop the knowledge, skills, competences, attitudes and confidence necessary for an individual to function effectively and efficiently as a professional.
Training and Development
Certificate Course in Training & Development (CCTD) The objective of this programme is to develop competencies of participants to enable them to develop, implement and evaluate training programmes in keeping with the business stratergy of organisations.
National Diploma in Training & Development (NDTD) The objective of this diploma is to develop competencies of participants to enable them to identify, analyse training and development needs of an organisation.
