IPM is in the process of reorganising its Library of Books & Magazines pertaining to HR matters for the exclusive use of our members.
The Institute's publication 'People Power' offers our members yet another source of information covering recent news and HR news as well as the Institute's activities and events.
IPM is making arrangements to bring out a publication titled "HR Focus' containing articles of practical & research value written by leading HR Practitioners, Academics and Researchers. This would be of immense value to HR Practitioners and those involved in managing people in Sri Lanka.
